2016年8月15日，美國商務(wù)部對于進(jìn)口自中國的拉絲不銹鋼水槽（DrawnStainlessSteelSinks）作出反傾銷行政復(fù)審終裁：維持初裁裁定，繼續(xù)裁定廣東省東原廚具實(shí)業(yè)有限公司（GuangdongDongyuanKitchenwareIndustrialCo.Ltd）、寧波阿發(fā)衛(wèi)浴有限公司（NingboAfaKitchenandBathCo.Ltd?）以及安徽省FeidongImportandExportCo.Ltd）的反傾銷單獨(dú)稅率為1.65%，中國普遍稅率為76.45%（適用中國普遍稅率的本次行政復(fù)審涉案企業(yè)名單詳見下表），深圳市科華興科技有限公司（KehuaxingIndustrialLtd.）在調(diào)查期內(nèi)無可審查交易。

2015年5月26日，美國對華拉制不銹鋼水槽進(jìn)行反傾銷行政復(fù)審調(diào)查，本次行政復(fù)審的調(diào)查期為2014年4月1日～2015年3月31日，涉案產(chǎn)品海關(guān)編碼為7324.10.000和7324.10.0010。2016年5月12日，美國商務(wù)部發(fā)布對華拉制不銹鋼水槽反傾銷行政復(fù)審初裁（2014-2015）公告。
